1. Settings->Discussion แล้วนำเครื่องหมายถูกหน้า Allow people to post comments on the article ออก

2. ตั้งตามนี้
Settings->Discussion
An administrator must always approve the comment
Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
Comment author must have a previously approved comment

Settings->General
Users must be registered and logged in to comment

Settings->Discussion
Automatically close comments on articles older 0 than days ใส่เลข 0

3. วิธีส่วนที่ทำหน้าที่ comment ออกไปเลย
เปิดนหน้า page.php , singlepost.php หรือ อื่นๆ แล้วแต่ theme
ลบ <?php comments_template(); ?> ออกให้หมด
